    Article (1) The following two Articles are hereby inserted into the Original Decree:

    Article 1-bis

    Article 1-bis Effective as of the date this Decree comes into force, the ownership of Dnata World Travel; all relevant rights and obligations of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum; and all rights and obligations of Dnata World Travel will be transferred to the Government of Dubai.

    Article 2

    Article (2) This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.     Article 2-bis

    Article 2-bis The name “Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum”, wherever mentioned in the Original Decree, will be replaced by “the Government of Dubai”.
