Article (1) His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, shall be appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum shall also be appointed Second Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council.

Article (2) Decree No. (5) of 2003 Appointing the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council shall be repealed.

Article (3) This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day on which it is published.
