    المادة ( 1 ) يعي ن السادة التالية أسماؤهم مفتشين قضائيين: 1 . عباس عثمان عباس الحاج. 2 . عبد هللا الفاضل عيسى كرم هللا. 3 . نور الدين علي عبد المجيد. 4 . جار النبي قسم السيد عبد الرحمن. 5 . عباس بابكر أحمد. ويمنح كل منهم أعلىى ا لنظىام رواتىب قضىاة المحىاكم فىياتىب المفىتش القضىائي، وفقىار مربىو دبي رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 1996 وتعديالته.
