    المادة ( 1 ) يُشكَّـل لتحـويل سـوق دبي المـالي إلى شـركة مسـاهمة ع امـة، لجـنة عـلى النحـو التالـي : السيد / عيس ى كاظم ًرسيسا السيد / ار شد حمد الشامسي ناسبا ً للرسيس السيد / عبد هللا ماجد الغرير ًعضوا اآلنسة / عهو د خلفان الرومي ًعضوا السيد / اجعة المالية)ة المرمحمد حسن المرزوقي (ممثال ً عن داسر ًعضوا حكومــــة دبـــي باعتبــــار الحكومــــة ولغايـــات هــــدة المـــادةه تعتبــــر هـــدة اللجنــــة موكلـــة مــــن قبـــ المؤسس الوحيد للشركة المشار شليها.
