    المادة ( 1 ) المسؤوليات و كافة المرسوم هذا الطرق والمواصالت بموجب لهيئة تنقل الصالحيات ة وتنظيم وترخيص ورقابة اإلعالنات التيالمناطة ببلدية دبي وذلك في كل ما يتعلق بإدار تتم في ة دبيع في إمارحرم الطرق والشوار ، على أن تلتزم الهيئة في سبيل ممارسة هذه اطات والضوابط والمعايير المنصوص عليها في األمر المحليالمهام والصالحيات باالشتر رقم ( 30 ) لسنة 1986 الئحته التنفيذية.ة دبي وبشأن الرقابة على اإلعالنات في إمار

    المادة ( 2 ) تنقللللل لهيئلللللة الطللللرق والمواصلللللالت بموجللللب هلللللذا المرسللللوم كافلللللة المسللللؤوليات والصلللللالحيات اطاتع وذللك وفللق المعللايير واالشلتروالمهلام المتعلقللة بتجميلل الطللرق والشللوار المعتمللدة لللد شلعبة البسللتنة والتجميلل بللإدا العامللة فلي بلديللة دبلي ة المشلارعر ، علللى أن تتلولى هللذه الشللعبة صيانة كافة عناصر التجميل بعد تنفيذها من قبل هيئة الطرق والمواصالت.

    المادة ( 3 )

    حكومة دبي – الجريدة الرسمية 2 العدد ( 313 ) – السنة األربعون – 22 ربيع الثاني 1427 هـ - الموافق 20 م ايو 2006 م اه مناسبا ً من موظفي قسمالطرق والمواصالت الحق في أن تنقل إليها من تر لهيئة اإلع الن أو شعبة البستنة والتجميل في بلدية دبي أو تعيين موظفين جدد طبقا ً لحاجة العمل.

    المادة ( 4 ) الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا آخر إلى المد ار أو تشرعيُلغى أي نص ورد في أي قر المرسوم.

    المادة ( 5 ) يُعمل بهذا ها ً من تارعخ صدورالمرسوم اعتبار ، وعنشر بالجرعدة الرس مية. اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 30 ابريل 2006 م الموافـــق 2 ربيع الثاني 1427 هـ
