المادة ( 1 ) يُرقى قضاة المحكمة االبتدائية التالية أسماؤهم: 1 - سـامي عبد الجليل محمد التهامي. 2 - محـمـود فهـمي تمام سلـطان. 3 - جمـــال محـمد قطـب سعـيد. 4 - أيسـر أحمـد فــؤاد فــارس. وي عينون قضاة لدى محكمة االستئناف ، ويمنح كل منهم بداية اتبمربوط الر األ ساسي لقاضي محكمة االستئناف وفقا ً لنظام رواتب قضاة المحاكم في دبي المشار إليه .
