المادة ( 1 ) يشكل مجلس األ عمار من السادة التالية أسماؤهم : 1 - محمد جمعة النابودة رئيسا 2 - يمحمد مير هاشم خور عضوا 3 - خليفة سهيل جمعة الزفين عضوا 4 - ماجد عبيد بن بشير عضوا 5 - يمحمد حميد المر عضوا 6 - أحمد ثاني المطروشي الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات ، تبدأ من تاريخ صدور هذا المرسوم .

المادة ( 2 ) يعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صدروه، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية .
