    مادة ( 1 ) يشكل مجلس ةإدار مؤسسة دبي للمواصالت من السادة : - سعـيد محمـد الشـارد ًرئيـسا - عبد هللا فاضل المزروعي نائبا ً للرئيس - عبد الرحم ن محمد رفيـع ًعضوا - عبد العزي ز عبد هللا مالـك ًعضوا - عبد هللا محمد بن حافـظ ًعضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات تبدأ من تاريخ صدور هذا المرسوم.
