    Article 1

    Article (1) Article (4) of the Original Decree is hereby superseded by the following: “The Corporation may open branches within and outside of the Emirate. It may also establish or own, solely or with any other person(s), companies outside of the Emirate”.

    Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
