Safaa Rahhaoui

Safaa Rahhaoui has been the founder of Verdict Legal Consultancy in Abu Dhabi since November 2025. The firm describes its practice as cross-border work between France and the United Arab Emirates, advising individuals, entrepreneurs and companies on corporate structuring, international taxation, commercial contracts, family law, inheritance and cross-border dispute resolution. She publishes short legal explainers on LinkedIn, including on non-compete clauses under the UAE Labour Law, UAE travel bans, and the choice between a family trust and a family foundation. She studied in the CAPA programme at the École de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d'appel de Paris (2023–2025), after preparing the French bar examination at the Institut d'Études Judiciaires of Université Paris Cité. She holds a Master of Laws in International Business, Trade and Tax Law from Université Paris Cité (2020–2022) and a Bachelor of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (2017–2020), awarded with honours. Earlier, she worked at Al Aidarous Advocates & Legal Consultants in Abu Dhabi from May to September 2020, drafting and reviewing contracts and researching UAE corporate law, and from 2016 to 2017 in trading and compliance at Agrozan Commodities DMCC in Dubai, where her work included preparing submissions in GAFTA and FOSFA arbitrations. She also holds an Oil and Gas Law certification from TotalEnergies (2019).
