Eman Abdelall

Eman Abd Elall is a UAE-based legal counsel who advises companies across the full commercial lifecycle, from how a business is structured to how it resolves a dispute. Her corporate work covers structuring and governance alongside the agreements a business runs on, including master service agreements, service level agreements, share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements.
