Ahmed Mahmoud Sayed Hussein is a Dubai-based legal consultant advising businesses on corporate and commercial matters. He is currently Senior Lawyer at Lex Nova Consult, supporting companies on cross-border transactions across the UAE, GCC and wider MENA region. He previously spent five years as Senior Legal Consultant to the Al Asmawi Group, an industrial group of 5,000+ employees, led the legal department at Bester Capital Investments, and advised at Emirates Advocates & Legal Consultants and Inter Emirates Properties. His experience spans contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution and arbitration, real estate and RERA matters, intellectual property, and labour and employment. He holds an LLB from Al-Azhar University and is pursuing an LLM. He advises in English and Arabic.
