Non-compete in my UAE employment contract — is it enforceable for 2 years across the GCC?

My contract has a 24-month non-compete covering the UAE, KSA, Qatar and Oman. The role is fintech sales. I just received an offer from a competitor in Riyadh. Will my current employer realistically be able to enforce this, and what is the exposure if I sign?
