The DIFC Wills Service Centre (open to non-Muslims worldwide, not just DIFC residents) registers a will that binds UAE courts on UAE-situated assets. For AED 8M exposure, register a DIFC will — the AED 10,000 fee is trivial against the cost of intestate litigation.
