Construction subcontractor unpaid by main contractor — direct claim against the developer?

I am an MEP subcontractor on a Dubai tower. Main contractor owes me AED 1.2M and has gone silent. The end developer is a major UAE listed company. Can I claim directly against the developer despite no contractual privity?
