Article (1) His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, is hereby appointed Chairman of the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai (the "SLC"). Publication and Commencement
