Article (2) Fees Prescribed for the Import of Rough Diamonds The fees specified in the Schedule below shall be collected in consideration of the services related to the import of rough diamonds: No. Service Fee in Dirhams Entity to which the Fee Devolves 1 Verification of the origin of the imported rough diamond shipment. (50) Ministry of Economy 2 Physical inspection of the imported rough diamond shipment. (250) Kimberley Office UAE 3 Fees for customs operations services related to the import of rough diamonds. (30) Customs Administration in the concerned Emirate.

Article (3) The fees stipulated in this Resolution shall be collected by the means determined by the Ministry of Finance in this regard.

Cabinet Resolution of 2013 Regarding the Fees Prescribed for the Issuance of State Certificates for Rough Diamonds 3

Article (4) Cabinet Resolution No. (37) of 2006 Regarding the Determination of Fees Due for Issuing the State's Certificates for Rough Diamonds is hereby repealed, as well as any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution.

Article (5) The Ministry of Economy and the concerned entities shall, each within its respective competence, implement the provisions of this Resolution.
