Article (1) The MBRGCEC, established pursuant to the above-mentioned Law No. (17) of 2017, is hereby transferred to Awqaf Dubai and incorporated as an organisational unit within its approved organisational structure. ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Article (2) a. The following is hereby transferred to Awqaf Dubai: 1. all the duties and powers assigned to the MBRGCEC under the above- mentioned Law No. (14) of 2017 and Law No. (17) of 2017; 2. the MBRGCEC employees, who will be governed by the above-mentioned Law No. (8) of 2018 and retain their existing rights; and 3. the financial appropriations allocated to the MBRGCEC in its annual budget, and any other approved financial resources of the MBRGCEC. b. Awqaf Dubai hereby succeeds the MBRGCEC in respect of all the rights and obligations of the MBRGCEC. Repeals

Article (3) a. The above-mentioned Law No. (17) of 2017 and Law No. (11) of 2018 are hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law. b. The resolutions and bylaws issued in implementation of the above-mentioned Law No. (14) of 2017 and Law No. (17) of 2017 will continue in force, to the extent that they do not contradict this Law or the legislation applicable to Awqaf Dubai, until new superseding resolutions and bylaws are issued. Publication and Commencement
