Article (1) The name “Dubai eGovernment”, wherever mentioned in the cited Law No. (7) of 2009 and in any other legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai, is hereby replaced by the name “Dubai Smart Government”.

Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
