Article (1) The controls governing the operation of Cord blood and stem cells banks attached to this Resolution shall be approved.

Article (2) A Supreme Committee of Cord Blood and Stem Cells shall be established. Its formation, tasks, and rules of procedure shall be determined by a resolution issued by the Minister of Health and Prevention.

Article (3) Cord blood and stem cells banks existing before the promulgation of this Resolution shall regularize their status in compliance with the provisions thereof within (6) six months from the date of its entry into force.
