المادة 2
Article (2) a. The ownership of the real property, movables, assets, devices, equipment, and other property of the DIHRD are hereby transferred to the MBRSG. ©2021 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has b een made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. The DIHRD Employees determined in coordination with the DGHR, and their financial benefits, will be transferred to the MBRSG. These Employees will be governed by the above-mentioned Law No. (8) of 2018, and will retain their existing rights. c. All rights and obligations of the DGHR in respect of the DIHRD are hereby transferred to the MBRSG. Issuing Implementing Resolutions

Article (3) The Chairman of the Executive Council will issue the resolutions required for the implementation of the provisions of this Law. Repeals

المادة 4
Article (4) The above-mentioned Law No. (12) of 2003 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation will also be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law. Publication and Commencement

المادة 5
