Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the Meydan City Corporation is hereby formed as follows: 1. Saeed bin Humaid Mattar Al Tayer, as chairman; 2. Hamad Mubarak Mohammed Bu Omaim, as member; 5. Abdul Wahed Mohammed Al Fahim, as member; 6. a representative from the Dubai Equestrian Club, as member; and 7. a representative from the Dubai Racing Club, as member. The membership of the Board of Directors will be for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. The representatives of the entities referred to in paragraph (a)(6) and paragraph (a)(7) of this Article will be nominated by the officials in charge of these entities. c. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
