Article (1) a. The Board of Trustees of the Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre is hereby formed as follows: 1. Sir Anthony Colman, as chairman; 2. Majid Obaid bin Bashir, as vice chairman; 3. Dr. Ali Obaid Al Yabhouni, as member; 4. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Al Kindi, as member; 5. Saadi Abdul Rahim Al Rais, as member; 6. Ahmed Essa Al Falahi, as member; 7. Mohammed Juma Al Shamisi, as member; 8. Mohammed Yusuf Al Moalem, as member; 9. Saeed Abdul Karim Al Malik, as member; 10. Essam Abdul Latif Bala, as member; 14. Edward Newett, as member; and 15. Richard Briggs, as member. The Board of Trustees is appointed for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. Where the Board of Trustees is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
