Article (1) Article (1) of the above-mentioned Decree No. (26) of 2009 is hereby superseded by the following:

Article (1) A permanent committee named the “Dubai Nuclear Energy Committee” (the “DNEC”) is hereby formed in the Emirate of Dubai. The DNEC will be affiliated to the Supreme Council of Energy; and will be comprised of a chairman, a vice chairman, and a number of experienced and specialised members, appointed pursuant to a resolution of the Ruler for a renewable term of three (3) years. Commencement and Publication

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
