Article (1) Mr. Yousef Hassan Mohammed Al Mutawa is hereby transferred from the Dubai Courts to the Public Prosecution and is appointed as Senior Advocate General.

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
