Article (1) The following two Articles are hereby inserted into the Original Decree:

Article 1-bis Effective as of the date this Decree comes into force, the ownership of Dnata World Travel; all relevant rights and obligations of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum; and all rights and obligations of Dnata World Travel will be transferred to the Government of Dubai.

Article (2) This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published. Article 2-bis The name “Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum”, wherever mentioned in the Original Decree, will be replaced by “the Government of Dubai”.
