Article (1) Effective as of the date on which this Law comes into force, the ownership of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (the “DMCC”) and all of its rights and obligations are hereby transferred from the Government of Dubai to the Investment Corporation of Dubai. Commencement and Publication

Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
