Article (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other legislation, the Law will apply to the UAE National and non-UAE National civilian Employees of: 1. the Government entities set out in the list attached hereto; 2. any Government entities to which the application of the Law is extended pursuant to any legislation; and ©2020 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai and its affiliates.
