Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of DEWA is hereby formed as follows: 1. Mr. Matar Humaid Al Tayer, as chairman; 2. Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, as member; 3. Mr. Hilal Khalfan bin Dhaher, as member; 4. Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Hashemi, as member; 5. Mr. Khalfan Ahmed Harib, as member; 6. Mr. Majid Hamad Al Shamsi, as member; 7. Mr. Obaid Saeed bin Meshar, as member; 8. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
