Article (1) a. The Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority is hereby formed under the chairmanship of its Director General, and with the membership of: 1. The Chief Executive Officer of the Traffic and Roads Agency; 2. The Chief Executive Officer of the Licensing Agency; 5. The Chief Executive Officer of Strategy and Corporate Governance; 6. The Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Technical Support Services; and 7. The Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Administrative Support Services. b. The Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors will have the authority to add new members to the Board of Executive Directors from among the employees of the Roads and Transport Authority.
