Article (1) a. The Board of Trustees of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre is hereby reconstituted as follows: 1. Dr. Habib Mohammad Sharif Al Mulla, as chairman; 2. Mr. Dalmook Mohammed Dalmook, as member; 3. Mr. Hussain Ali Al Jaziri, as member; 4. Mr. Abdul Moneim Salem bin Suwaidan, as member; 5. Dr. Karim Hafez, as member; 6. Dr. Fathi bin Mohammed Al Shazli Kemicha, as member; 7. Dr. Tarek Fouad Riad, as member; 8. Mr. J. Mr. Phillip Capper, as member; 17. Mr. Jeppe Knud Skadhauge, as member; and 18. Mr. Ulf Franke, as member. The term of the Board of Trustees will be three (3) years, renewable upon expiry. b. Where the Board of Trustees is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the Board of Trustee members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are re-appointed or replaced by new members.
