Article (1) His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is hereby appointed as Chairman of the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority.

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the effective date of the above-mentioned Law No. (15) of 2014, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
