Article (1) His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is hereby appointed as president of Dubai International Marine Sports Club.

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
