Article (1) A representative from the Roads and Transport Authority is hereby appointed as member to the Supreme Council of Energy formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (36) of 2009.

Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
