Article (1) A permanent committee named the “Supreme Fiscal Committee in the Emirate of Dubai” is hereby formed in the Emirate of Dubai under the chairmanship of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and with the membership of: 1. Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director of His Highness the Ruler’s Court, as vice chairman; 2. Mr. Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, Secretary General of the Executive Council, as member; 3. Mr. Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director General of the Department of Finance, as member; and ©2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
