Article (1) a. The Board of Directors formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (30) of 2019 is hereby reconstituted under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and with the membership of: 1. H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as vice chairman; 2. H.H. Sheikh Ahmad bin Saeed Al Maktoum, as member; 3. H.E. Where the Board of Directors of the ICD is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
