Article (1) The following land plots, whose boundaries and areas are demarcated on the plans attached to this Decree, are hereby amalgamated into the DWTC: Plot No. (120), Zaabeel Second; Plot No. (121), Zaabeel Second; and Plot No. (122), Zaabeel Second. Application of the Law

Article (2) The above-mentioned Law No. (9) of 2015, and all the legislation applicable in the DWTC, will apply within the land plots referred to in Article (1) of this Decree. The DWTC Authority will exercise, within these plots, the powers assigned to it under the above-mentioned Law No. (9) of 2015 and the resolutions issued thereunder. ©2020 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Article (3) This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 4 September 2019 Corresponding to 5 Muharram 1441 A.H.
