Mohammad Salah Shoaib

Mohammad Salah Shoaib is an Egyptian national and the Founder and CEO of Al Fahad Legal Consulting in Dubai. He has practised law in the UAE since 2011 and is a licensed member of the Egyptian State Bar, having earned his law degree from Tanta University, Faculty of Law, in 2008. His practice centres on litigation across civil, commercial and criminal matters. He also advises on corporate legal affairs, including the legal aspects of doing business in the UAE and internationally, and has handled company incorporation in a number of jurisdictions. Alongside his Dubai practice, he maintains his own law office in Alexandria, Egypt.
